These terms and conditions are like an agreement between you and North Harrow Minicabs. When you book a taxi and use our service, it means you’ve agreed to follow these rules.
North Harrow Minicabs, “we,” or “us” refers to the company providing the service.
“You” or “your” can mean any person, business, or company booking with us.
2.1 You need to plan enough time for your journey, especially for flights. We’re not responsible for delays caused by not allowing enough time.
2.2 It’s your job to request a car that fits all passengers and luggage. We can’t promise to carry a lot of luggage. Even a child counts as one passenger.
2.3 If you need wheelchair access, tell us when you book.
3.1 Our prices are based on the information you provide. Taxes may be added if applicable.
3.2 We give you 45 minutes of waiting time after the flight lands and include airport parking costs. Extra waiting time costs more.
3.3 After you accept our quote, double-check the booking confirmation. If it’s wrong and you don’t tell us, we’re not responsible for delays or costs.
3.4 You can pay with cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 You’re responsible for how all passengers behave during the ride. If they make a mess or damage the car, we might charge for cleaning.
4.2 Don’t eat, drink, or smoke in the car.
4.3 Kids should be properly restrained according to their size and age.
4.4 We can’t carry more passengers than allowed by our licenses and insurance.
5.5 If you have to cancel, do it as soon as possible. If you cancel after the car is dispatched, there’s a charge based on how far the driver has gone.
5.2 If you book online and cancel before the car is dispatched, you may still be charged.
6.1 We’ll do our best to get you to your destination on time, but we can’t be held responsible for delays beyond our control. We won’t cover losses for you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is your responsibility.
6.3 If the car breaks down, we’ll try to get you a new one as quickly as possible.
6.4 You won’t make us pay for any expenses, damages, or losses caused by someone in your group.
6.5 In some cases, no one can limit their liability for personal injury, death, or other things the law doesn’t allow.
7.1 We can end or refuse a booking if the vehicle or driver is in danger due to your actions or someone in your group. No refunds for terminated journeys.
8.1 We can assign our obligations, but you can’t.
8.2 We can change these terms at any time, so check them regularly.
8.3 We handle your information following the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement covers everything between us.
8.5 No one else can use these terms for their benefit without written agreement.
9.1 If you have a problem, report it within 30 days of the pickup date. We won’t deal with issues reported later.
